chance to win! All you have to do is get your I Need a Makeover Registration
card. The more Live Broadcasts you attend, the better your chances of winning the
grand prize at our I Need a Makeover Grand Prize Party in late April.
You can also get your card by listening for the secret
sound, or just apply right here online. We'll choose one online registration
per day! Just be sure that you bring your card to the big party on April 23rd,

Eagle 97.7's "I Need a Makeover" Official Rules
- ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the United States eighteen (18) years or older on date of entry. Void where otherwise prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance. Employees and directors of Delmarva Broadcasting Company, Eagle 97.7, Discover Bank, participating sponsors of this specific promotion, promotional and marketing agencies, competing radio stations and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible. By participating, you agree to these Sponsor’s Official Promotion Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.
- SPONSOR: WAFL and Discover Bank are the sponsors of the I Need a Makeover promotion and are responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.
- HOW TO PLAY: Promotion begins March 15, 2010 and ends on April 16, 2010. Listen every weekday for a cue to call, when you hear it be the 7th caller at (302) 424-1234 to register and receive your I Need a Makeover Registration Card. Listeners may also register for the grand prize at weekly live broadcasts. The more live broadcasts the player attends it increases their chances of winning the I Need a Makeover Grand Prize at the I Need a Makeover Finale on Friday April 16, 2010. The I Need a Makeover Grand Prize will be awarded at a Grand Finale live broadcast on Friday April 16, 2010 a registrant must be present to win.
- RESTRICTIONS: Each contestant may only register by listening on the air once during the duration of the promotion. Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur. - PRIZE(S): The Grand Prize is a variety of services from local business to facilitate a female makeover which could include but is not limited to Hair service, manicure/pedicure, services from Attitudes Medi-Spa, gym membership, etc. There is only 1 grand prize available to be won. Decisions of management are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.
- DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION: Delmarva Broadcasting Company, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant’s eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. - Delmarva Broadcasting Company reserves the right to adjust these rules at anytime during the promotion. All decisions of management are final. Void where prohibited. Winner responsible for all applicable taxes, tags and registration fee.
No cash equivalent will be given. Prize must be accepted within 90 days or forfeited.
